Essential Air Solutions was tasked with upgrading the HVAC system at the Queensland eHealth Server Room, located at 120 Bunda Street. This project involved the replacement of critical cooling and humidity control equipment, including two Carrier chillers, four Stulz Oceania CRAC (Computer Room Air Conditioning) units, and four Humidiscope dehumidifiers.
The work was carried out in a live server room environment, where uninterrupted operation of the existing HVAC system was vital to ensure the stability and performance of the essential IT infrastructure. The server room housed critical healthcare data and systems, making any downtime or disruption unacceptable.
